Casa Luna Dorada in Lo Pagán | San Pedro del Pinatar on the Costa Calida (30 min from Murcia airport and 50 min from Alicante airport) is a hidden gem on the Mediterranean.
It is the ideal base for those who love privacy, tranquility, nature (flamingos in the wild), hiking, biking, ... but also the tourist event on the Mar Menor, the largest 'blue lagoon' of Europe (135km²) with numerous water activities.

What to expect?
• 2 bedrooms (beds: 1x 160x200 + 2x 90x200)
=> one extra guest bed available on request
• 2 bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower. (powerful hairdryer is available)
• Open fitted kitchen with vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combination, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, sink, dishwasher, washingmachine, toaster, juicer and all other necessary crockery and utensils.
• You can sit at the kitchen island with two bar stools. Furthermore, in the kitchen there is a spacious kitchen table with 4 chairs.
• The living room has a coffee table with two chairs (3-seater and 1-seater) and through the front door opens onto the west-facing front terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun at a small table and two chairs.
• High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The flat-screen TV can be used to stream from your own smartphone or tablet via Chromecast.
• The storage room has a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron and cleaning supplies.
• All rooms have air conditioning (cold/hot), all windows have shutters.
• The private roof terrace which is 70m² in size can be reached through the kitchen and the stairs at the rear terrace. It is fully furnished with a large dining table and 6 chairs, an outdoor kitchen with fridge and electric Weber BBQ, 4 sunbeds, an outdoor shower, a lounge set (1+2+1) and a pergola that can also serve as a sunshade if desired.
• The common south-facing pool (3.5x10m) at street level is fully fenced and shadow-free. It drops gradually from 1m20 to 1m70. Around the pool there is room to place loungers. There is also a big pergola here.
• A reserved private parking space is available next to the apartment. In addition, there is also plenty of extra space nearby where you can park for free.
The area
Lo Págan | San Pedro del Pinatar at the top of the Mar Menor,
has 320 sunny days a year, thanks to its microclimate.
• Beach, marina, center, beach bars and restaurants are less than 10 min walk (750m).
• Dos Mares medium-sized shopping center with 50 stores is 5min away by car. (2km) Carrefour is in Dos Mares.
On the opposite of the street you will find a Lidl.
• The La Zenia open-air shopping center with more than 150 stores is 20 minutes away (15km).
• The Roman theater of Cartagena at 30min (40km).
• The airport of Murcia at 35min (45km)
• The airport of Alicante at 50min (80km)
